Kidderminster College

This is Kidderminster College.

After a competitive pitch we were appointed by NCG in 2017, to complete the research and design for one of their colleges. The approach that we took worked incredibly well and we are now rolling this out across all their colleges. We started working with Kidderminster College hosting a series of focus groups with their year 1 and year 2 students, apprentices, local employers and staff to gain a greater understanding of what they looked for in a college website.

Based on in-depth research we developed user journeys for each of their different audiences and created a modular design that allowed pages to be created quickly and easily by Kidderminster Colleges in house teams. Their new website went live in spring 2024 and to make sure that their site continues to perform perfectly with their audiences at its heart, we will conduct market research with students once again in February 2025.
