Over 100,000 colleagues all with opinions that need to be heard.
At Morrisons they don’t just listen to the opinions of their colleagues, they respond, taking on board the positive and the negative to help develop their working environment for the better. Having created the Your Say survey, which allows colleagues to give honest confidential feedback about working for Morrisons, they now wanted to create a unique way of sharing the findings with over 100,000 colleagues who had participated, across all different sectors of the business and who had shared over 66,000 ideas and suggestions! We worked with Morrisons to create a unique animation based on the ethos of brand and developed a bespoke suite of iconography and a new tone of voice.
